How do I create an account?

  • Visit IMQRScan and click Sign Up.
  • Enter your details and set a secure password.
  • Verify your email to activate your account.

How do I create a QR code?

  • Log into your IMQRScan Dashboard.
  • Click Create QR Code and choose a type (URL, PDF, vCard, Multi-link, Wi-Fi, Payment, etc.).
  • Add your content (link, file, details) and confirm it’s correct.
  • Customize the design (logo, colors, frames) for branding.
  • Click Generate and download in PNG (web), SVG (design), or PDF (print).

Static vs Dynamic QR: which one should I use?

  • Static QR: best for permanent info that never changes.
  • Dynamic QR: best for marketing and business because you can update the destination later and track scans.

Account & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

  • Go to Pricing and Plans > Subscription Plans.
  • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan based on your requirements.

Where can I find invoices or payment details?

  • Open your account settings or billing section in the dashboard (plan dependent).
  • If you need help retrieving invoices, email support@imqrscan.com.

Troubleshooting

My QR code isn’t scanning. What should I do?

  • Increase the QR size (especially for print) and keep a clear margin (quiet zone).
  • Use high contrast: dark QR on a light background.
  • Avoid blurry images—download SVG/PDF for print quality.
  • Test on multiple phones and camera apps.
  • Confirm the destination link is working and accessible.

I can’t access my account.

  • Use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
  • Check spam/junk for the reset email.
  • If the issue continues, contact support@imqrscan.com.

My dynamic QR destination isn’t updating.

  • Confirm you updated the correct QR code (and saved changes).
  • Wait a moment and scan again (some devices cache results briefly).
  • If it still doesn’t update, contact support with your QR name or ID.
